REFUND POLICY.
Empowered Circle, we are deeply grateful for your support. Your donation helps us provide critical healthcare, education, and empowerment programs for Afghan women, children, and refugee communities.
1. General Policy
All donations made to Empowered Circle are considered final and non-refundable. However, we understand that mistakes can happen, and we are committed to addressing them respectfully and promptly.
2. Refund Eligibility
A donation may be refunded under the following conditions:The donation was made in error (e.g., wrong amount, duplicate donation)The donor's information was used fraudulently or without their consentRefund requests must be made within 14 days of the donation date. After this period, donations will be considered final and ineligible for refund.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us with the following details:

Full name of donor, Date and amount of donationReason for the refund request, Proof of transaction (receipt or payment reference), Email Address, Phone Number.

All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

If approved, refunds will be issued using the original method of payment within 10 business days.
4. Recurring Donations
If you have set up a recurring donation and wish to cancel or change it, please contact us at least 5 business days before the next scheduled donation date.
5. Event or Campaign-Specific Donations
For donations linked to specific fundraising events or campaigns, please check individual terms (if applicable). Some contributions may be non-refundable depending on the nature of the event or benefit received.
